The program introduces an algorithm on how to define mission and vision into SMART's strategic and operational goals with a focus on creating internally consistent strategies and alignment to achieve optimum performance. There is an exam and each enrollment will get:

  • Certification of attendance (hard copy): after participating in 3 days of the program.
  • Certification of Completion of the entire program (electronic version): after passing the exam certificate.

The total number of expected hours is 32 hours, and this includes

  • checked Pre-course stage: 3.5 Hours
  • Live online sessions: 20 hours, 4 hours a day, for 5 consecutive days
  • Individual learning map: 2.5 hours, 0.5 hours a day, after each live session
  • Accreditation exam: one hour
  • Post-course requirements: 5 hours
