2003年生まれ、福岡県出身の石井健太が『ヤバイ奴になりたい』と、くすぶっていた自分を表現するべく2019年に立ち上げたアパレルブランド ILL 。
PARCOや阪急でのPOPUPをはじめ、オカモトレイジがキュレーションするYAGIとatmosconでのコラボレーションを発表。さらにMcguffinでピックアップされるなど、弱冠17歳のクリエーターが手掛けるブランドとして早々に話題を集める。福岡での活動を経て、2021年の春に上京。

デザイナーの石井健太自身は、ILLと並行して”ECEC”の名でDJとしても活動中。
また、スケーターの吉岡賢人とタッグを組み、 Barracuda というパーティーのオーガナイズを務める。,
