パタゴニア出身のマルセロ・バーロン(MARCELO BURLON)は、ロンドンの芸術大学セントマーチンズを卒業後、当時新人だったリカルド・ティッシ(現GIVENCHYクリエイティブディレクター)のPRを担当しキャリアをスタートさせました。ミラノを拠点にファッションPR、DJ、映画プロデューサー、クリエイティブディレクターなどマルチに活動。その活躍から「文化旅行者、多方面で活躍するタレント」と呼ばれている。その後、ミラノで自身のブランド「MARCELO BURLON」をスタート。
2014年にはピッティ・イマージネ・ウオモの若者支援プログラムであるピッティ・イタリックスのメンズファッション部門に選出され、2015年春夏メンズコレクションでパフォーマンス形式のプレゼンテーションを行う。 。爬虫類や動物をモチーフにしたインパクトのあるグラフィックを使用したデザインが特徴で、今世界で最も注目されているブランドの一つです。
